With its iconic Opera House, stunning Harbour Bridge (which can be explored on a BridgeClime), top-notch cuisine and fabulous nightlife, you certainly won’t be short on things to do. The food in Sydney is diverse and delicious, and you won’t want to miss the chance to sample the famous ‘Mod Oz’ cuisine and some freshly caught seafood. Another popular dish is the endemic Moreton Bay bug - a succulent crustacean enjoyed best on a traditional Aussie barbeque. Meanwhile, located north-east of Sydney, the Blue Mountains with their rugged and spectacular landscapes are also well worth visiting, while the wine region of Hunter Valley can be found a few hours’ drive north of the city.

Then there’s the cosmopolitan, dynamic city of Melbourne. Brimming with cool restaurants, bars and cafes, it has a unique and unforgettable character. While you’re in the south-east of the country, why not venture along the Great Ocean Road? This 151-mile drive is known as one of the most scenic coastal drives anywhere in the world. You can also check out Phillip Island to see the popular Penguin Parade. Each night at sunset, Little Penguins (the world’s smallest penguins, also known as Fairy Penguins), return to the shore after a day’s fishing - to the delight of onlookers.
