With its vibrant cities, deliciously spiced food, sundrenched beaches and music-filled fiestas, our luxury holidays in Mexico guarantee a vivid and diverse experience you will never forget.
Highlights
The extremes of Mexico’s landscapes will take your senses on a never-ending adventure, with jungles teaming with wildlife, volcanoes bedecked in snow and deserts sprinkled with cacti. The 10,000km coastline offers breathtaking lagoons and sandy beaches where adrenalin-seekers can tame the Pacific waves on a surfboard, snorkel in the magical depths of the Caribbean Sea and live life to the limit whitewater rafting on turbulent rivers.
If you prefer to keep your feet firmly on dry land, you can visit one of the many sleeping volcanoes, catch sight of monarch butterflies as they migrate across the skies or journey into the mountain cloud forests of Oaxaca. Wherever your adventure takes you, the country’s stunning landscapes are guaranteed to leave you feeling awestruck and hungry to see more.
For those who want to learn about Mexico’s fascinating past, the country’s rich history is waiting to be discovered at some of the world’s greatest archaeological sites. Visit Teotihuacán’s pyramids and Palenque’s unforgettable Maya temples, transporting your back to pre-Hispanic times. Soak up the beautiful architecture of the Spanish colonial period with many towns boasting wonderfully-crafted stone churches and plazas, and marvel at artworks from modern greats such as Frida Kahlo in Mexico City. Immerse yourself in the cultural capital with its underground dance clubs and bustling craft markets.
Food-lovers will relish the opportunity to taste the various gastronomic delights offered in this diverse and exciting country. Sample regional specialities such as cochinita pibil, a delicious slow-cooked pork made in Yucatán, and delve into tortillas filled with spicy delights and fresh salsas. Head to Mexico City and be wowed by its world-renowned chefs with their modern take on the nation’s favourite cuisine, and try mouth-watering seafood along the coastline.
Above all, though, it’s the people of Mexico that will bring your luxury holiday to life. As diverse as the nation’s food, culture and landscape, they unite in their passion for colourful celebration, which is expressed through their frequent fiestas. The laidback locals will welcome you warm-heartedly and certainly know how to make their guests feel at home. Their pride in Mexico is infectious and you too will fall head-over-heels in love with this country and its long-held traditions, amazing food and breathtaking sights.

Annual weather
Although this time of year is technically mid-winter, they are still warm months across the country. January to March are the months to visit Baja California to see the visiting whales.
Temperatures in March and April are picking up and they can be excellent choices for some relaxation on the hot and sunny Yucutan Peninsula. Mexico City and the surrounding colonial towns and villages are also becoming pleasantly warm.
Mexico's rainy season begins to pick up in the summer, although showers often only arrive in the afternoon and shouldn't affect touring plans, moving into August rains get heavier and hurricane season begins, this is low season for travel.
Rainy season is in full swing and hurricanes can be expected through September and October. November begins to see the rain ease off, and this can be a good time to explore before the crowds of the winter months begin.
