Keemala Phuket

Keemala Phuket

Just a 40-minute journey from Phuket airport, Keemala is an enchanting resort surrounded by lush rainforest on the hills of the west coast. This area is quiet and restful, yet within easy reach of the vibrant nightlife and shopping of Phuket’s towns. Keemala is the perfect place to unwind and retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

A flight of fancy

Keemala has been built around the tale of four clans of sea merchants who were shipwrecked on the island and decided to stay. The resort accommodation is themed, based on the cultures of the different clans – Earth, Sky, Wanderer and Nest.

Whichever clan you embrace, your villa reflects the abundance and beauty of the island. The beds are large and comfortable, draped with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. The bathrooms are spacious, with baths and monsoon showers, and villas are climate-controlled. The attention to detail is exceptional, and the designs are out of this world.

Health and wellbeing

Benefit from the expertise the clans have built in health and wellbeing at Keemala’s exquisite Mala Spa. You will feel pampered, relaxed and rejuvenated after a visit to this sacred sanctuary.

Healthy living menus and vegan or vegetarian options are available at all of the dining locations, revitalising your body from the inside out. Nourish your body and your taste buds with the fruit, vegetables and herbs grown in the enchanted garden, without using any chemically-based pesticides or fertilisers.

Beach lovers’ paradise

Keemala is nestled among the lush tropical forest on the hills overlooking the bay, with easy access to wonderful beaches. Kamala Beach is closest – just four minutes away using the complimentary transfer service. During the low season, it is quiet except for the waves thundering into shore – perfect for surfing. In contrast, in high season, the water is calm and clear – perfect for snorkelling and paddle boarding.
