Little Ongava
If you dream of rhino tracking and going on safari on the vast African plains, then Little Ongava - a private game reserve situated close to Etosha National Park in Namibia - is the perfect destination. This secluded site is a luxurious, intimate and exclusive camp, comprising three deluxe suites. Daily game treks and drives are offered by dedicated guides, while the hilltop location assures stupendous, panoramic views over the Ongava plains.
Exceptional suites and service
Accommodation at Little Ongava is made up of only three luxury suites, so an intimate atmosphere and personal service is yours to enjoy. Every suite features exceptional facilities, including their own plunge pools plus outdoor shower as well as an indoor en-suite. Every suite has its own fireplace within the separate sitting area which creates a warm, welcoming ambience, perfect for cosying up on those cooler evenings. Outside, each suite also has a private viewing deck and veranda.
Ongava Plains and Etosha National Park
The reserve occupies a 30,000 hectare site, and is also conveniently located for trips into Etosha National Park. Closer to Little Ongava are vast African plains where you can take morning and evening game drives as well as bush walks and dedicated rhino tracking trips. Experienced guides are there every step of the way, whether you’re out in a safari vehicle to spot lions or heading into the bush for a guided walk.
Dining with a waterhole view
As well as the suites, the camp has an open deck for dining under the stars. You can also spot local wildlife coming to wash or drink, as there are splendid views of the waterhole from the lounge and dining areas. With a range of game animals resident in this region - including rare black and white rhino as well as lions - having the chance to watch a group of these majestic animals storming across the African plains truly is a sight you’ll never forget.
