Pacuare Lodge in Costa Rica is the place for unforgettable adventures. This lodge combines luxurious accommodation, a beautiful rainforest environment and adventures that explore the natural beauty of the region.
Forest living
Stay in villas in secluded forest locations but within easy reach of the restaurants and other amenities. You can wake to the sound of the forest birds, view the natural colours and smell the aromas.
The Linda Vista villas, Jaguar and Canopy suites are spacious villas deep in the rainforest but with all the comforts of a top-class hotel. Villas have outdoor terraces, pools and large bathrooms. The Canopy Suite sits high in the treetops, reached by a private suspension bridge and has its own stone swimming pool.
Experiences and adventures
Adventure tours explore the fauna and flora and the tranquillity of the forest. The lodge is located between the Pacuare River and the rainforest which offer wonderful trekking experiences.
For exhilarating adventures go white water rafting through rugged canyons with the rainforest each side. The canopy adventure takes you amongst the treetops. The highlight of this journey is sliding down the thrilling rappel back to the main lodge.
The El Tesorito Creek adventure includes rock climbing, a sliding descent down a waterfall and a rappel ride down a 100ft rock face. Let your muscles recover when you visit the Jawa Juu spa for relaxing natural spa massages and treatments.
Local fusion cuisine
The Lodge’s food is created by our staff from the local area who love cooking with the best quality ingredients in a Costa Rican fusion style. Most of the ingredients come from our very own farm, all organically grown. Choose to eat in the restaurant or book a romantic dinner outside.

We have been using Azure to arrange our holidays for over 12 years.
