Accommodation with a unique touch

At Phum Baitang, 45 stilted villas, which are inspired by traditional rice paddy field houses, combine traditional grace with the touches of modern comfort. Designed in a neutral palette with dark wooden floorboards, sumptuous slate and charcoal coloured fabrics, rooms come readily equipped Nespresso machines, flat screen TVs, top of the range sound systems and some villas also come with their own private plunge pool, offering you the perfect way to escape the heat of the day.

A culinary cornucopia

Phum Baitang is proud to offer guests the choice of two bars and two restaurants, all designed in an authentic style and promising classic Cambodian hospitality. Bay Phsar combines flamboyant cooking shows with exquisite Cambodian-inspired seafood dishes. Lighter bites are also available here in the day. Hang Bay, with its sophisticated dark leather furnishings, offers an international cuisine with locally sourced vegetables, fish and meats. The pool bar is a wonderful place to unwind next to the infinity swimming pool, whist the eponymous Cigar and Cocktail Lounge is a chilled-out venue serving exquisite cigars to be smoked on the terrace and a range of cocktails.

Sumptuous spa treatments

The Spa Temple offers respite from the outside world. Make use of the steam room, the sauna or head to the gym for something more active. Book one of the extraordinary massages on offer which are inspired by massage techniques from around the world. Beauty treatments and full body wraps are also offered. All treatments can be taken inside your villa, to maximise on the bespoke, attentive experience.

When to travel
Generally the best time to visit Cambodia is between November and April, when it sees very little rain. Outside of this period, humidity increases and the rains come, but this doesn't mean you can't travel.
How to get there
Cathay Pacific, Thai, Qatar and Singapore Airways all fly to Cambodia (thanks to connecting flights) in just over 14 hours.
