The Imperial New Delhi

The Imperial New Delhi

The Imperial Delhi is a prestigious five-star property positioned in the centre of the Indian capital. This historic hotel offers guests a tranquil oasis in which to retreat from this exhilarating city, as well as a flavour of the days of the Raj. Understated luxury is what this iconic hotel prides itself on delivering to all visitors, and this extends to the Imperial Delhi’s very own spa and salon.

Colonial style

There is more than a nod to traditional service and style, yet the colonial elegance comes with every modern convenience a visitor to India could wish for. From the royal palms paving the way to the entrance to the interior halls that are filled with works of fine art, this hotel can make guests feel like they’ve truly stepped back in time.

Deluxe rooms and suites

From Deco, Imperial and Grand Heritage Rooms to the Royal Imperial Suite, accommodation at the Imperial Delhi offers charm and character combined with convenience and comfort - as well as views over the magnificent, manicured gardens that surround the palatial building. Polished wood, marble floors and soft, warm tones are complemented by features like French linen, deep orthopaedic mattresses, WiFi and flatscreen TVs.

The Spice Route and more

1911, The Spice Route, Nostalgia and Patiala Peg - even the hotel’s restaurant names are a delight. If it’s culinary pleasures that you seek, then the hotel’s range of award-winning restaurants can deliver, with cuisine ranging from the freshly-baked French-style snacks available at La Baguette to afternoon tea in the glass-domed Atrium. All day dining and drinks at 1911 is always a wonderful experience, while a journey through south-east Asian fare at The Spice Route will take you on a culinary adventure from Kerala to Vietnam via Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Thailand.
