Thompson Nashville

Thompson Nashville

A stylish boutique property in the beating heart of Tennessee’s capital city, the Thompson Nashville is a must for anyone who wants to explore this musical region of the USA. Vanderbilt University is situated here, but what this rapidly growing town is really famous for is country and western music. The Johnny Cash museum is here, as well as some truly fabled musical venues.

Retro-style luxury

Accommodation at Thompson Nashville comprises a selection of rooms and suites, as well as The Penthouse. Spacious rooms feature sleek, sophisticated monochrome decor with a slightly retro feel, befitting the city’s musical heyday. Solid wood flooring and sliding barn-style doors add a country touch, while Marshall Bluetooth speakers give a superb level of sound quality. Full length windows allow for expansive views over downtown Nashville and The Gulch, a fashionable nearby neighbourhood that’s popular with students, locals and tourists alike. Rain showers, thick, luxurious linens and adjustable temperature controls contribute to the supreme level of comfort that this boutique hotel offers.

From caffeine to cocktails

Make Killebrew your first stop of the day when staying at Thompson Nashville. This coffee house is the ideal spot to grab a coffee and some pastries or sandwiches, either to eat in or take away. Marsh House, meanwhile, specialises in creating outstanding fresh seafood dishes, which can be enjoyed alongside fine wines or expertly crafted cocktails. L. A. Jackson is a top spot for savouring Southerntapas-style dishes and snacks - or simply relaxing with a cool beer, glass of wine or cocktail while overlooking the city from its rooftop location.

It’s happening

It’s easy to explore downtown Nashville and The Gulch from Thompson Nashville, as the hotel is located right in the thick of things. The area is also easy to traverse on foot. Bars, breweries, eateries and great shopping beckon. Then, of course, there’s some of the best historic - and new - music venues on the planet.
